Helping neurodivergent families

Do you feel that your child’s struggles and behaviour might be related to ADHD or Autism and you’re not sure what the next step is?

Are you feeling overwhelmed with your child’s ADHD or Autism diagnosis?

Are you close to exhaustion from all the advocating that you find yourself doing because no one seems to understand your family’s struggles?

Are you on a long waitlist for specialist support when you need support now?

Burnout is an all-too-common reality for families who care for neurodivergent children, with current specialist waiting list times making support feel like it’s always out of reach.

I can help families who are feeling overwhelmed whether there is a diagnosis or not, through strength-based parent coaching and support. I can help you rediscover your parenting strengths and help you refocus and build those hopeful and meaningful connections with each other again, because that’s what we really want with our kids.

Let me help you!

Together we can work together to reduce the stress and overwhelm, through helping you identify your family’s strengths and developing strategies that work best for your family!

Let me help you become the expert in your family so you can communicate and advocate confidently to others in your life to give your child the best outcomes.
